To apply for service:
All applications for service must be made through our office. You will need to bring a photo ID. For customers who are renting the property which requires service, we require a security deposit, personal guarantee or a credit reference from a previous energy provider. The deposit is 30% higher than the average bill for each address. The deposit will pay your bill after 12 months of service, or if you cancel service sooner and any remaining will be refunded.
If your service is currently off, there is also a $50.00 connection fee. If the service has been off for more than 30 days, you must have a pressure test done on the inside lines before we can turn the gas on. The cost of the pressure test is $80.00. This is a new requirement for us and takes a lot more time than just turning the meter on, so please try to sign up for service as soon as possible to assure you will have service when you move in.
