SIGN UP FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICE
Gas-Burner

You can sign up for service online here or over the phone and pay any applicable fees with a credit/debit card. A security deposit is required to establish credit. We will hold the deposit for 12 months or until you cancel service. The deposit will pay the monthly bill and if it is your final bill, your credit will be mailed back to you in the form of a check. You may avoid paying a deposit by providing documentation demonstrating satisfactory credit or furnishing a credit worthy guarantor. If you are a property owner, we may waive the deposit.

There is a $50.00 connection fee to turn on any meter that is currently turned off. The connect fee will be added to your first bill. If the meter has been off for more than 30 days, a house line pressure test will also be required before we can turn on your service. The cost of the pressure test is $80.00 and must be paid when you sign up.  If the service is off you also may need to have your pilot lights lit. If you are renting, your landlord may offer to do this for you. If you would like us to light the pilots, we charge a $25.00 fee and will schedule a 2 hour window for your appointment. We recommend giving us 48 hours notice to start or stop service.

STOP NATURAL GAS SERVICE
Moving Boxes

If you would like to cancel your gas service, please contact the office by phone or through the website here. Please have your account number, the date you would like to end service and a forwarding address ready. If you were renting, we may also ask for the name of the landlord or rental company. We recommend giving us 48 hours notice to start or stop service.

Please remember to cancel your service when you move out.

If you move out and do not cancel service, you will be responsible for any gas used until you do.

If you paid a security deposit on your account, you will receive it back after you have had service for 12 months or if you cancel your service sooner than that. The deposit will pay the monthly bill and if it is your final bill, your credit will be mailed back to you in the form of a check.
