Apply for Natural Gas service:

All applications for service must be made through our office. For customers who are renting the property which requires service, we require a security deposit, personal guarantee or a credit reference from a previous energy provider. The deposit is 30% higher than the average bill for each address. The deposit will pay your bill after 12 months of service, or if you cancel service sooner and any remaining will be refunded.

You may come into our office to sign up or you can sign up over the phone if you can pay your deposit and/or other fees over the phone with a credit/debit card.

If your service is currently off, there is also a $50.00 connection fee. If the service has been off for more than 30 days, you must have a pressure test done on the inside lines before we can turn the gas on. The cost of the pressure test is $80.00. If the service is off you may need to have your pilot lights lit. If you would like us to light the pilots, we charge a $25.00 fee and will schedule a 2 hour window for your appointment.
